This recipe was inspired by our family’s Hainanese heritage. Blended with more than 26% beef, this stew contains more beef for a real, robust taste and is suitably balanced with the sweetness of carrot, aromatic onion and mild spices. Tiny cubes of steam radish added for extra texture.
