How to Drink?

Drink at least 1 cup 3 times daily, you can drink as often and as much as you like. To Brew, pour 250ml boiling water over 1 teabag, infuse 7-10 minutes, squeeze bag before removing and enjoy! One tea bag can be re-steeped two to three times, so make good use of what you paid for!
